Lenka Studio has designed and built digital products since 2014. We work from Bali with teams in the US, Canada, Australia and Southeast Asia.
Bali runs on UTC+8, the same working day as Singapore and Perth and two to three hours behind Sydney. With US and Canadian teams we agree a fixed daily overlap before kickoff.
A pod costs less than hiring the same three people locally in the US or Australia, with no recruiting fees and no long contract.
Pods are billed monthly. Scale up, scale down or stop with 30 days' notice.
You own all code, design files and IP from day one. We sign an NDA before the first call.
We learn your product, stack and roadmap, and agree which pod fits and when it starts.
We propose the people for your pod and you talk to them before work begins.
The pod joins your repo, tools and rituals, and starts on your backlog in the first sprint.
